Since when is the activation code of the DEMO application valid?
The activation code is valid for 15 days, from the day of sending the sms and the e-mail that contains the agent’s login data.
The trial period has finished. What should I do?
After the trial period, you have to purchase one of our packages, to continue using our applications.
Why do I have to provide personal data, like my VAT number?
Personal information like the VAT number is necessary to verify and identify the agency. Applications are available only to agents and for this reason the verification of this information is required.
Can I use the application in more than one computer?
Yes, you can simultaneously run the application using the same account on as many computers as you like, provided they have the same connection to the internet and used in the same place.
What can I do when an application does not respond or does not refresh the data?
We close the application and we refresh the account home page. If we have been disconnected, when we connect again to our account we can run the application again.
Do I need to install any software on my computer to run the applications?
No, no installation is required. The application is running directly from the internet, without the need of any heavy program on your computer.
